Unique Vacation Homes In Animal Crossing: New Horizons' DLC

Animal Crossing: New HorizonsHappy Home Paradise DLC expansion will come with many vacation homes for players to customize for their favorite villagers. Based on the Animal Crossing Direct, each of these homes will be unique to the NPCs living in them. Which paradise homes coming to New Horizons DLC have been confirmed?

The Happy Home Paradise DLC, which launches on November 5, adds an archipelago of islands where New Horizons players can design villagers' vacation homes as part of Lottie's Paradise Planning Team. Players meet with villages to discuss the specifications they want for their private getaways, which the player then uses to design the home and surrounding environment for the villager. New Horizons will have new customization options to accomplish these tasks, including new furniture, ceiling lights, and even partitions.

Each of the unique homes also comes with specific names that guide players to understand what villagers want for their homes. This must have been a monumental task, as the game has nearly 400 villagers with more being added in New Horizons' 2.0 update. Even more impressive is that these vacations homes lean more into each of the villagers' personalities and interests, with vacation homes ranging from city apartments to ski lodges.

Because of the number of villagers in New Horizons, Nintendo didn't show all of them in the Animal Crossing Direct. Nevertheless, a plethora of them was showcased, with getaways for villagers, NPCs, and even new characters coming to the game in the version 2.0 update. Here is a list showing the vacation homes that have been confirmed to be coming to Animal Crossing: New Horizons' DLC.

The wide range of vacation homes shown in the Animal Crossing Direct reveals that there are many surprises coming to New Horizons once the Happy Home Paradise DLC launches. While "Bountiful Bear Bungalow" makes perfect sense to Maple, "House of Gables" is an astonishing pick for Dom or all characters. Some houses will also make less popular villagers more interesting for players like Hopkin's beautiful "Bountiful Balloon Bungalow."

Regardless of whether Happy Home Paradise is or isn't worth it for fans, the many new vacation homes for villagers are certainly welcome for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Between going to Aurora's flower shop and finally getting to pay back Isabella by designing her a new home, the new features coming to the game via DLC will surely be beneficial.
