Shin Megami Tensei V: Artemis Boss Guide (Tips, Stats, & Strategies)

Artemis is a difficult boss that players can fight in the A Goddess in Traning DLC for Shin Megami Tensei V. Artemis has been featured in previous titles in different forms, but her look and skills have been updated for Shin Megami Tensei V. Players will need to speak to her several times and fight her as part of the main questline for this DLC.

After starting the quest for A Goddess in Training, players will need to approach and speak to Artemis. She will explain that she is looking for a formidable warrior, and she directs the player to find and fight Quetzalcoatl. After defeating Quetzalcoatl, players will return to Artemis to inform her of their victory, then she will challenge them to battle her in Shin Megami Tensei V.

Defeating Artemis will involve identifying her weaknesses and using buffs, debuffs, and support characters with the right resistances. Although intimidating, she does have some weaknesses that can be exploited. However, she also has a few strong skills and a recovery ability that players need to watch out for when taking her on. She can be a fairly difficult Shin Megami Tensei V boss if players don't use the right tactics to beat her.

The best way to beat Artemis is to defeat her in as few turns as possible by exploiting her weaknesses. She has a recovery ability that can make it difficult to beat her if players aren't doing enough damage on their turn. She also has physical and electric attacks, so players should try to avoid using characters that are weak to those types of abilities. Artemis is weak against fire skills, which should be utilized as often as possible.

As with every boss battle in Shin Megami Tensei V, it's good to have a few characters with buff and/or debuff skills. Decreasing Artemis' defenses and attack power will help the team survive long enough to inflict enough damage to defeat her. On the same note, increasing attack power, defense, and evasion stats will make success in the fight more likely.

After Artemis is defeated, she will join the player's team as a supporting character that can be used in battle. Defeating her may take some time, but she is fairly easy to beat with a good strategy. Players should use her fire weakness against her whenever possible and continue to utilize buffs and debuffs that enhance the team or decrease the opponent's abilities. In the A Goddess in Training DLC for Shin Megami Tensei V, there are several bosses to fight including Artemis.
